I build and run the platforms development teams depend on day to day: continuous integration and delivery pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure described as code. What interests me most is making releases boring enough that they stop being a topic.

I like systems you can hold in your head: few moving parts, clear boundaries, and enough visibility to understand a failure rather than guess at it. I spend as much time removing things as adding them.
